We want you to love your La Ligne pieces, which is why we offer a 21-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label, print it, and securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
